Shipping policy

We ship weekly on Monday any order that is paid for by Friday at 11:59pm EST. We ship 1st Class USPS with Tracking Included, UPS Ground Saver with Tracking Included or USPS Priority with Tracking Included. Both are included in your flat rate $5.50 shipping fee for $5 items or $9.00 rate for Zi Collection Pieces. We are not responsible for shipping address entered in error by customers & urge you to double check all entries of information.
